Certificate Award Giving Ceremony - Training on International Arbitration

Tripada Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd, an education company of Tripada group, Ahmedabad has signed MoU with Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), CIArb(UK), India Branch to create awareness and trained professionals on International Arbitration. The first training program was organised on 15 and 16 Oct 2016.

Successful participants were awarded certificates from CIArb(UK). The certificates were given away by the MD of TLSPL, Mr. Archit Bhatt and the Director of CIArb(UK), India branch Mr. Samir Shah. All awardees are now eligible to be Associate of CIArb(UK).

In the function, during discussion all participants showed their eagerness to be certified arbitrators. They all also showed interest to continue their training by CIArb(UK), India branch and enroll for module 1 and 2 programs to be Member of CIArb(UK).

TLSPL has also planned to set up Arbitration Institute in Ahmedabad. A company with name - 'Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution', (IADR), is already registered for the purpose. IADR shall endevour to create awareness regarding Arbitration in Gujarat and fulfill the long pending need to have a quality Arbitration Institute in Ahmedabad for Industries and Business houses to resolve their dispute with help of certified, well trained and well experienced arbitrators at optimum cost.
